Verbal reservations will be held for 48 Hours. In which time you will be required to fill in the reservation form and together with the reservation fee of £2,000 (this is non refundable) send to our head office in Altinkum Turkey. You then have 2 options. You may wish to go out to Turkey, to visit the development meet the developer, see some of his previous work and, if satisfied, sign the contract. If within 30 days of reservation you decide not to proceed, you deposit will be non refundable.
Alternatively, if do not wish to visit Turkey at this time, the contract will be sent direct to your home address and, again if you wish to pull out within 30 days of reservation the deposit will be non refundable.
